The defendant Dannye K. Telford was indicted by a grand jury for negligent homicide in violation of La.R.S. 14:32. After a trial by jury, he was convicted and sentenced to two (2) years imprisonment in the parish jail, subject to public work. Defendant assigns two errors allegedly committed by the trial court as the basis for this appeal.1
