OPINION ON REHEARING

In our opinion handed down November 10, 1980, 412 N.E.2d 118, we reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded this cause for a new trial. We held that knowledge on the part of a person charged with uttering a forged instrument that the instrument is forged remains an essential element of the offense of uttering a forged instrument under the provisions of our new penal code...
