Plaintiff appeals as of right from a decision of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission which provided that defendant did not violate the public employment relations act, MCL 423.201 et seq.; MSA 17.455(1) et seq., by discharging plaintiff from its employ.

Plaintiff was discharged from employment as a bus driver for the defendant on March 10, 1978. Plaintiff thereupon filed a charge with the Michigan Employment Relations Commission...
