The defendants appeal as of right from a November 30, 1978, order of the Wayne County Circuit Court granting the plaintiffs' request for a dismissal without prejudice. The plaintiffs had filed a medical malpractice action on April 23, 1974, against the defendants, based upon operations which were performed from 1968 to 1972.
