This is a medical malpractice case. Katherine Denton sued T. D. Harvey, M. D., and Edward Dosher, M. D., on November 1, 1975, for injuries suffered during hospitalization for removal of her gall bladder. Based on the jury's verdict, judgment was entered that Mrs. Denton recover from Harvey and Dosher, jointly and severally, the sum of $400,000.00 together with interest at the rate of 9% per annum until paid.
