This appeal involves three consolidated cases wherein the district court granted plaintiffs-appellees restricted driving privileges in accordance with La.R.S. 32:415.1. The issue in each case is whether or not the plaintiff is entitled to restricted driving privileges in light of the requirement the applicant must have had his license revoked or suspended only one time.
