The issue in this Workers' Compensation case is whether claimant sustained a compensable injury. The referee concluded that claimant had failed to establish that his back injury resulted from work-related activity and denied compensability. The Board concurred in the denial "based solely upon claimant's failure to meet his burden of proving that he had suffered a compensable injury." Claimant appeals. We cannot say after a de novo review...
