TOM G. DAVIS, Judge.

Appeal is taken from a conviction for injury to a child. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 22.04. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed punishment at 20 years.

In his fourth ground of error, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction. The State relied on circumstantial evidence.
