The petitioner, P.V., a minor child, seeks a writ of prohibition and mandamus directing the respondent court to dismiss a pending charge of juvenile delinquency for failure to comply with the speedy trial provisions of Crim.P. 48(b)(1) and section 18-1-405(1), C.R.S.1973 (now in 1978 Repl.Vol. 8).
