Defendant entered a plea of guilty to larceny over $100, MCL 750.356; MSA 28.588, and a plea of nolo contendere to breaking and entering a building with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305, an unrelated offense. He was sentenced to three years, four months to five years on the larceny and five to ten years on the breaking and entering, the sentences to be served consecutively as the larceny was committed while defendant was out on bail on...
