CAPLAN, Justice:

The claimant, Clarence C. Lockhart, was an employee of Amherst Industries, Inc. On January 17, 1976, while so employed, he was injured and filed a claim for workmen's compensation benefits. The claim was ultimately held compensable by the commissioner and such holding was affirmed by an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board. This is an appeal by Amherst from that order.
