Defendants Juan Antonio Ponce, Mario Martinez, Rafael Jaquez and Simon Martinez were indicted for conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314, 2315 and for concealing and transporting stolen property in violation of the same statutory sections.
