Plaintiff was injured on December 1, 1978 while in the course of his employment as a truck driver. As a result of the injuries, he has not been able to return to work since the time of the accident. At the time of the accident, he was earning $324.39 per week. He is currently receiving workmen's compensation benefits of $213 a week which are being paid by Erie Insurance Exchange, the workmen's compensation carrier of his employer...
