The will of John F. Owen was admitted to probate on June 11, 1976. His widow subsequently elected to take against the will. May 18, 1978, the probate court assigned dower and homestead rights to the widow and directed certain payments be made to her. Certain properties were ordered sold to satisfy the widow's claims.
