BEVILACQUA, Chief Justice.

This is a petition for a writ of certiorari filed by defendant pursuant to G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 8-1-2 and G.L.1956 (1977 Reenactment) § 42-35-16 to review a Superior Court judgment.
