The petition for a belated appeal is granted. On the merits of appellant's Rule 3.850 motion, it appears conclusively from the trial court's order and attached record that appellant, assisted by his counsel and his father, knowingly pleaded guilty in the expectation of receiving the negotiated sentence.

AFFIRMED.
