This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered on June 21, 1979, finding defendant guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant, contrary to Milwaukee County, Wisconsin Ordinances Title I, § I adopting sec. 346.63(1), Stats.
