This litigation involves the estate of J. Wesley Graham, who died December 21, 1976. The plaintiffs, who were the estate of Leonard Graham, a brother who died on April 17, 1977, and Henrietta Graham, Leonard's widow, sought to have the entire will set aside. In the alternative, they sought to have it nullified as to a farm known as the "home place." Plaintiffs also submitted a claim for personal services rendered on behalf of Wesley Graham.
