Defendant was convicted of forgery in the first degree (ORS 165.013) and of being an ex-convict in possession of a firearm (ORS 166.270). He appeals from the conviction under ORS 166.270 and the sentence under ORS 165.013. He makes five assignments of error: (1) that statements he made to a police officer in connection with the firearm charge were made in the course of a custodial interrogation which violated Miranda v. Arizona,
