A formal complaint was lodged with the Supreme Court Grievance Committee against respondent, Richard A. Anderson, who was admitted to the practice of law in Colorado on September 20, 1960. Based upon stipulated facts presented to the grievance committee, we suspend the respondent from the practice of law for six months.
