Claimants Jerry Knight and Vicki Knight, husband and wife, filed a claim in the estate of Jerry's great-uncle, Dean Jacobs, asserting the decedent had made an oral contract to leave them, with all taxes paid, an 820-acre farm and attendant personal property upon the uncle's death, and also to cancel all outstanding debts between decedent and themselves.
