Merle O. Greene, Jr. appeals pro se from an order of the district court denying his petition to vacate sentence under 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Greene's petition claimed that the prosecutor, by exercising peremptory challenges against all black persons on the prospective jury panel, deprived him as a black person of due process and equal protection of the laws.
