This appeal involves an attack, upon petition for review filed by Florida Steel Corporation, on the scope of remedial action ordered by the National Labor Relations Board. The Board, joined by the United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO, seeks enforcement of the Decision and Order reported at 242 NLRB No. 195 (June 20, 1979). Concluding the order to be impermissibly broad under the circumstances, we remand to the Board for appropriate modification...
