(Wausau), manufacturer of factory-built homes from whom plaintiffs purchased a home for $19,055, and George Lepisto, a building contractor and franchise dealer for Wausau, who contracted to clear plaintiffs' lot, construct a foundation, install tile and perform rough grading work for $4,000.
