OPINION

CORNISH, Presiding Judge:

The appellant was convicted of Embezzlement by Trustee, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-77-4476. A six and one-half (6 1/2) year sentence was imposed.
