In this workers' compensation case, we are presented with a problem of applying our supreme court's decision in Shippers Transport of Georgia et al. v. Stepp, 265 Ark. 365, 578 S.W.2d 232 (1979), which dealt with denial of a workers' compensation claim because of the claimant's misrepresentation of his physical condition at the time of hire.
