In April of 1978, defendant-appellant Robert Keith Watkins pled guilty to charges of grand theft and was thereupon sentenced to a period of five years probation, including an initial period of six months incarceration. On March 14, 1979, appellant was found to have violated the terms of his suspended sentence; however, probation was reinstated. Defendant appealed and we took jurisdiction pursuant to 17A A.R.S.
