Victor F. Foti, William A. Cook, Jr., James M. Dillon, Lacy W. Hanson, Isaac O. Perkins, R. David Rotty, Joseph B. Wright, and Glenn D. McMillion, Certified Public Accountants, were partners in the Roanoke accounting firm of Andrews, Burket and Company (the Andrews firm).
