The sole issue on this appeal is whether the plaintiff is aggrieved by, and therefore has standing to appeal from, a probate court decree approving the sale of real estate that is part of a decedent's estate. The plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court from an order of the Probate Court for the district of Madison approving the sale at a continued hearing, giving the following "Reasons of Appeal":
