This is an appeal from a decision of the district court of Cloud County finding the respondent Willie Geisler a miscreant child pursuant to the juvenile code of Kansas, K.S.A. 1977 Supp. 38-802(c)(1), and ordering him committed to the Youth Rehabilitation Center at Larned.
