Plaintiff Linda D'Angona contracted a disease in the course of her employment with Los Angeles County-University of Southern California Medical Center, a county hospital, and was treated at the hospital by doctors in the hospital's employ. She asserts that the doctors who treated her were negligent, and that she suffered additional injuries as a result of their negligence. Ultimately, she received a workers' compensation...
