On May 4, 1979, the parties entered into an agreement wherein the defendant agreed to construct a house for the plaintiffs on land owned by the defendant, designated as "Lot #2." On June 26, 1979, the plaintiffs, claiming that the defendant had breached the contract, brought an action for specific performance and money damages.
