ENSLEN, District Judge.

This action is brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant as a locomotive engineer and alleges he was injured on two occasions due to the Defendant's negligence.
