WISEMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff has moved the Court for a temporary restraining order to enjoin defendant from ceasing its "Trailer-On-Flat-Car" and "Container-On-Flat-Car" service to Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, which was scheduled to cease on August 15, 1980. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1337. The Court conducted a hearing on August 15, 1980, at the close of which defendant was enjoined from ending its "piggyback"...
