This is a bill in equity to set aside a conveyance of real estate as being in fraud of creditors. Trial before a Master (Chester C. Eaton, Esq.) resulted in a recommended decree for the defendants, which was approved by Loughlin, J. All questions of law raised by the plaintiff's exceptions were reserved and transferred by Goode, J. We reverse the trial court and enter judgment for the plaintiff.
