The plaintiff, John F. Cody, Jr., brought an action to recover benefits under a disability plan issued to his employer, the defendant Remington Electric Shavers, Inc., by the defendant Connecticut General Life Insurance Company. The plaintiff subsequently died and his father and administrator, John F. Cody, was substituted as party plaintiff. Thereafter the parties stipulated to the facts and the case was tried...
