This is an appeal from an order of the trial court granting plaintiff's motion for summary judgment in an action in ejectment. We affirm.

Defendant Lewey B. Stanton and her husband, Albert Stanton, were record owners of the small parcel of property which is the subject of this ejectment action. On or about October 6, 1967, Lewey B.
