This case arises out of the sale of an automobile by the defendant to the plaintiff, which the plaintiff claims vibrated objectionably. The evidence indicates that one of the plaintiff's principals upon driving the automobile a few miles discovered a vibration and returned the car to the defendant's dealer in Rutland.
