Defendant, Hosea Meadows, appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Will County, entered after a bench trial, finding him guilty of murder. He was sentenced to a term of from 30 to 60 years in the penitentiary for the murder of Anne Flaks. The shooting which resulted in fatal injuries to Mrs. Flaks occurred on October 2, 1977.
