Ward Trucking Corporation has filed a petition to set aside a decision of the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) which granted temporary rights to R.A.N. Trucking Company (R.A.N.) to transport merchandise from areas in and around New York City to various points in Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia.
