This appeal of a grant of summary judgment involves conflicting security interests in farm equipment and livestock. Julian and Roberta Fowler, the appellees here, retook possession of the equipment and livestock pursuant to the terms of a conditional sales agreement with Raymond and Helen Pedrick.
