The plaintiff, O'Bryan Construction Company, Inc., is a general contracting firm which, over more than a decade, has developed a commercial course of dealing with the defendant, Boise Cascade Corporation. At the defendant's request, the plaintiff would design buildings for the defendant's commercial complex and, after modification and refinement, build them.
