This suit to recover on a promissory note was brought by the Santa Fe Trial State Bank (appellant) against the appellees Richard D. Rixner (Rixner) and Daniel D. Frackowiak (Frackowiak).

Appellees executed a promissory note in the amount of $5,039.76 to Superior Trailer Sales Co., assignor of appellant. The note evidenced a loan of $4,500.00 with a finance charge of $539.76, payable in twelve monthly...
