Medical malpractice — wrongful death. The appellant Mr. Rakestraw, plaintiff below, brought suit against Dr. Berenson, appellee, asserting that through the negligent performance of the medical arts, Dr. Berenson caused the death of appellant's wife, Mrs. Rakestraw.
