This suit was filed by the plaintiff, Michael Lloyd Clements, under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C. § 688, and the General Maritime Law for damages sustained as a result of two accidents which occurred on the M/V Scott Chotin. Named as a defendant is Chotin Transportation, Inc., the owner and operator of the vessel.

Jurisdiction is conferred upon the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1333...
