PRYOR, Associate Judge:
This litigation arose out of a dispute between joint owners of certain real property utilized for rental purposes. At issue is whether an arbitrator exceeded his authority in making an Award. Finding the arbitrator's Award was within the scope of his authority, we conclude that the trial judge did not err in denying the motion to vacate the Award.
