This is the latest in an increasingly long line of cases in a short period of time seeking explication of the language of G.L.c. 231, § 60B, inserted by St. 1975, c. 362, § 5, the statute concerned with medical malpractice tribunals.1 The statute is set forth in relevant part in the margin.2
