Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing their complaint for lack of jurisdiction. The district court held that plaintiffs failed to allege the requisite injury-in-fact to confer standing to challenge the demolition of historically and architecturally significant buildings within an urban renewal project partially funded by a federal grant.
