This is an appeal by Ronnie Lee Stowers, Jeanette McCallister, and Alice Faye Adkins from rulings of the Circuit Court of Lincoln County in a partition proceeding. The appellants assert that the circuit court erred in awarding the appellees summary judgment when questions of material fact remained in the case.
