The appellant, Delores Growcock, formerly Delores Williams, appeals from a judgment of the District Court for Dodge County, Nebraska, sustaining a motion for summary judgment filed by Delores' former husband, Paul Williams. The effect of the judgment was to relieve Mr. Williams of any obligation to pay child support for the parties' minor child, Stacy Ann Williams, from and after October 20, 1967.
